Dear God,
Today I want to lift up my family. Thank you for the wonderful family you have blessed me with. I ask that you protect them. Keep them in good health. Protect them from all evil and out of every danger. Please give them strength and wisdom in time of their need. I pray you guide them to be sensitive to your word and to follow all instructions and live by it. Help them to always lean on you. Fill their lives with people that love and care for them and keep out those that would do them harm. Guide them to make good Godly decisions that is according to your will O Lord. Please You be a constant companion to them and let them know that they are loved. Please equip them with strength and courage when they are confused and in fear. Guide them in the path of righteousness if they are lost. Let your everlasting love be their guide. Thank you Lord for listening to my humble prayer. I pray all this in Jesus name, Amen.

Promises and Instructions
"Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a real blessing. The sons of a man has when he is young are like arrows in a soldier's hand. Happy is the man who has many such arrows. He will never be defeated when he meets his enemies in the place of judgment." - Psalm 127:3-5

"Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord." - Colossians 3:20

All your children will be taught by the Lord, and great will be their peace. - Isaiah 54:13

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Colossians 3:13

“Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church, ..."
