Does life feel overwhelming at times? Is the whole world crushing you? Does it feel too much to bear? burdened with tasks because of someone else's neglect? In the midst of all the chaos, the hustle and bustle and all the 'doings,' it becomes very easy to miss our Lord in all the noise and shove Him somewhere underneath the rug because of all the ordinary mundane things. The one whom we desperately need whom we long to hear from we dismiss easily because of our regular ordinary business!
Today make space, purposefully carve out your time, your schedule to be in His Presence! Still your heart and wait upon Him. He is there! Right there listening to you. He wants you to pour out your heart and He wants to respond to you. Take time to pray, read the word of God, listen to what He is talking to you through it and obey it. Steady your heart and wait upon the Lord. He is right there by you. Trust HIM. Spend time with your Lord and King Jesus Christ. He is right there to comfort you and to guide you. Be still, wait cheerfully, Trust and obey the Lord. Be intentional on meeting the Lord your king who created this universe. Amen.
