Dear Lord, you know all about me. You know I am not doing good. You know I am tired and worn out. I am not myself. I am drained and done. Please calm my mind and take care of me and heal my hurt and take my worries away O Lord. Help me to keep relying on you every single day of my life. Without you I cannot.
