"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." - Proverbs 3:5-6
When life pulls and pushes and drops you in fear, confusion and doubt, lean onto Jesus. Do not rely on your own understanding but lean onto Jesus. Trust Him with all your heart.
When you don't understand, lean onto Jesus.
When life is unfair, lean onto Jesus.
When life hurts, lean onto Jesus.
When living victorious, lean onto Jesus.
Here is the thing dear friend, you don’t have to understand everything as long as the Lord is holding our hand. Just lean onto Him.
"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." - Romans 8:28
This scripture tells you that you will be all right no matter what happens if you are living in the divine will of God. So buckle up! Stop looking around! Put on the armor of God, Have Faith, walk in the spirit of the Lord, be rooted in His word, and Keep fixing your eyes on Jesus and run this race with endurance. God knows what He is doing and He is sovereign forever. Just keep leaning onto Him.
Here's a sweet and comfort song - Leaning on the Everlasting arms - sung by Alan Jackson:
What a fellowship, what a joy divine
Leaning on the everlasting arms
What a blessedness,
what a peace is mine
Leaning on the everlasting arms
Leaning, leaning Safe and secure from all alarms
Leaning, leaning Leaning on the everlasting arms
What have I to dread,
what have I to fear
Leaning on the everlasting arms?
I have blessed peace with my Lord so near
Leaning on the everlasting arms
What a beautiful and comforting song and a sweet promise. All you gotta do is to lean onto Jesus and in Him you are secure and safe. He will comfort and guide you through all things in life. Just go lean and rest in His care. You will have blessed peace with Him so near.
