The Journey is short ❤

An old, wrinkled and bended woman got on a city bus and plopped her bag to the floor and sat down tired and sighing. At the next stop, a strong young woman climbed up and sat down sharply beside the old woman, hitting her with her numerous bags and murmuring something under her breath. She was very grumpy and looked around fiercely!

That's when she noticed the old wrinkled and bended grandma who remained silent even when she hit her with the bags. The young woman decided to ask the wrinkly grandma why she had not complained when she hit her.

The grandma replied with a smile:  "Oh, I thought it is so trivial and I don't want to be rude and discuss something so insignificant. You seem to be in a hurry somewhere and I don't want to ruin your day and cause something that is unnecessary. You see, my journey is coming up to an end because I am getting off at the next stop."

This answer deserves to be written in gold letters:  "There is no need to discuss something so insignificant, because our journey together is too short."

Each of us must understand that our time on this earth is very short! Useless arguments, jealousy, not forgiving others, discontent and an attitude of constant discovery of doubt and assuming will only darken the situations and it is also a ridiculous waste of time and energy!

Did someone break your heart ? I want to encourage you to Stay calm and pray for that person.

For the journey is too short.

Did someone betray you, intimidate, cheat or humiliate you?

I encourage you to keep praying and holding onto God's promises. God will avenge for you. Go to  Him and rest in His care, and excuse their behavior.

For the journey is too short.

Did someone insult you without reason ?

I encourage you to stay calm. Let Jesus heal your hurt and give you strength to  ignore that situation.

For the journey is too short.

Did a neighbor comment on the chat that you didn't like ?

Once again I encourage you to stay calm. Pray. Ignore that person. Forgive them. Let God avenge for you.

For the journey is too short.

Whatever trouble that someone has brought in our lives, it hurts and it is not easy, but take heart and  remember that our journey together is too short. Like James 1:2-4 say's: "My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing."

Count it all Joy! No one knows the length of that journey Nobody knows when it will arrive at its stop. Our journey together is too short.

We will appreciate friends and family when we understand this truth. Nobody said, that this ride is going to be easy. It will be bumpy, rough, and hard and some smooth and fun. Whatever we go through, make sure to keep trusting the Lord and share all your prayers, conversations and thoughts with Him because He will come in a jiffy to rescue you.

Always remember to be respectful, kind and quick to forgive. When we keep that God-attitude to pray, love and forgive, that's when we will realize the beauty of this life of how precious it is. It will fill us with deep gratitude and joy which will keep us going knowing that our heart motives were always aligning with God's word. When we have that peace we have conquered the whole world. Keep the faith in both good and bad times because after all our journey together is very short. God bless.
