1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life;
8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
Psalm 121 invites people to consider the source of their help. Of course, God is that source, “but to speak it is one thing, to believe it is another. The psalmist assures those who pray this psalm that we do not walk alone—the Maker of heaven and earth journeys with us as our helper! Hallelujah!
God is our present help day and night. He is our calm refuge and shield. A great fortress and a mighty warrior in our life. No one can stand against our God.
Today I pray you make space to think about how great our God is. When you realize how great your God is then all the problems and difficulties that you are facing right now will seem small and null. God is with you. He will take care of all your needs. You only need to trust Him. He right there. Feel Him. His Holy Spirit is there to counsel and comfort you. Listen to Him and let Him lead you. No harm will come to you at any time of day or night. Stay strong and courageous. Do not fear for God is watching over you. God bless.

Dear God,
Thank you for watching over me and being my help forevermore. Thank you for being detailed about my life and blessing me to be the person that you want me to be. Thank you for establishing your great plans for me. I trust you and I know you have wonderful things in store for my life. In Jesus name, Amen.
