Dear Lord God,
Thank you for being my Physician! Thank you for taking care of me like the precious that I am. You have me cradled in your arms and you have blessed me above and beyond. Thank you for healing my life inside and out. You have washed me and cleansed me whole by the blood of Jesus Christ. Thank you Lord for taking care of me so detailed. I will praise you forever for you have fearfully and wonderfully created. Thank you Lord for your care and love. Thank you for answering all my prayers. I love you so much. I pray all this in Jesus name, Amen.
