Evening Prayer Before Going to Bed!

Father, 
As the evening sky begins to cover the earth, I consider the many moments of this day. Thank You Lord for everything You've done for me.
As day gives way to night, I praise you, Lord, for your beautiful creation. Was I a good steward of creation today? In what ways could I improve?
Forgive me, Lord, for the times I failed today.
Forgive me if I did not trust in your divine providence. Heal my heart, Lord, and grant me the grace tomorrow to strive to be more grateful for your many gifts. Come dwell in my heart, and may Your love in me overflow. Stay with me, Lord, and grant that tomorrow I may let the Gospel permeate all that I say or do.
In Jesus name, Amen.
