Prayer is simply talking to God like a friend and should be the easiest thing we do each day.

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. - 1 John 5:14
And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. - 1 John 5:15

My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. - John 17:15
