1 Chronicles 16:34-35:
"Oh give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever! Say also: 'Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather and deliver us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.'"

1 Chronicles 29:13:
"And now we thank you, our God, and praise your glorious name."

Jonah 2:9:
"But I with the voice of thanksgiving will sacrifice to you; what I have vowed I will pay. Salvation belongs to the LORD!”

Psalm 7:17:

Isaiah 12:1, 4-5:

Jeremiah 33:11:

John 6:11:

"You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God. For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God."

Colossians 3:15-17:
"And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."

Revelation 11:17:
“We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, who is and who was, for you have taken your great power and begun to reign."

Gratitude is an often overlooked virtue we should cultivate. If thanksgiving is how we respond to God’s goodness in our life, gratitude is what we feel in the depths of our heart. It is the well by which we can draw authentic expressions of thanksgiving. To truly become a thankful person, allow these verses about gratitude to dig deep into your heart.
