Come and Rest

Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” - Mark 6:31

The word of God for you today is to COME and REST.  

Just go to Jesus and rest, my friend. It does not all depend on you. And you are worth taking care of.  Remain still in His presence and hold onto His promises for you. He is right beside you. He is right there wrapping you in His arms and giving you a big hug, taking care of your every moment and protecting you all the way through. Rest in Him. He is calling you by yourself to a quiet place and to get some rest with Him. Just go, read from His word, pour it all out to him, He knows, He sees, He hears, and best of all He is by you already with a plan to rescue you. Stay blessed. 

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30

PRAYER:

Dear Lord, I am so glad I can come to you and rest. I pour all my trouble to you. Carry me. Help me through and let me just cradle in your bosom. I love you. I trust you. In Jesus name, Amen.
