Our job is not to judge, our job is not to figure out if someone deserves something! Our job is to lift the fallen, restore the broken and to heal the hurting! Today, make it a decision, instead of putting down and talking about people who fall, spend that energy being grateful God is holding your life together. Pray for those hurting, pray and encourage them with the word of God. Be their lifeline of Hope. I have found praying for them it's hard to gossip about them. Everyone needs someone who just cares. A true friend. A true follower of Christ. Be that person to help! In that process you too will be blessed in double portion!
PRAYER:
Dear Heavenly Father,
I feel like crying out "unfair!" Except your example shines so brightly I can't, So I come before you asking for peace and I humbly pray for the ones who have criticized me. You are the judge of their hearts.. and mine. I pray and ask forgiveness for anything I have said. I am sorry. I pray I don't repeat those things anymore. May my heart forgiving the wrong and my mind focus on the right. As your grace has poured lavishly on me. May your grace pour through me and over the one who has hurt me. I pray for those who judge me wrongly. Please help my soul and keep me moving. Let me only Focus on you Jesus. I love you. In Jesus name, I pray, amen.
Matthew 7:1-5 ESV
“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
