Make 2020 A Year of Positivity and A Season of Forgiveness

Yes Lord I am getting into this new year with a new hope, love and Faith in you alone. My focus is Christ alone O Lord God. I am forgetting the past and walking into the light. I am sorry for all the wrongs I have done and I am thankful for every right and wrong turns in my life. Help me to be satisfied in you alone. Bless me to seek your face at all times. Help me Lord. You are a good good Father there is none other than you. I love you Jesus. Thank you Lord. Thank you for new beginnings in my life. Amen. 

COLOSSIANS 3:9-11
Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Here there is no Gentile or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.

Truth: Your old, sinful nature is dead. You learn to grow in your new identity in Christ as you learn more about His character.

ISAIAH 43:18-19
Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

Truth: God calls us to let go of “former things,” so we can cling to our new identity in Christ.
