Dear Lord, You know that I cannot do it without you and people around me wonder what’s the smile all about? What’s the joy all about? Lord the only reason I survive is you. The only reason I have the strength is because of you. You know the many times I gave up and wanted to quit but you came through for me and sustained. You saw the many tears I cried and the pain I carried when people mocked but you were there in the midst of the tears and pain holding me and never letting go. You picked me up gently and placed me on your rock. You helped me and slowly picked up the slacks and blessed me. You removed those who tortured me without any remorse. You turned my mourning into joy! In the presence of my enemies you prepared a table before me and anointed my head with oil. You heard me, came to me and rescued me from my own loneliness and beat up areas of life. Thank you Lord all this time it is you Jesus who blessed me in my pain and your joy and strength never left me. You blessed me to keep reading the word of God inspite all the trouble and to keep reaching you than giving up. Yes it’s you O Lord! It’s always been about you. Thank you Jesus! I will shout it from the mountain top about your loving kindness that endures forever. I love you dear Lord. Thank you so much. I pray you bless me and May your light shine through me to glorify your name forever. I am so glad my name is sealed in your book of life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever. In Jesus name, I pray, Amen.
Psalm 23
1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
