Dear Lord God, sometimes life gets me down and I find it hard to see things to be thankful for. Open my eyes to see the gifts you’ve given me in my life. I’m going to start by thanking you for loving me enough to come to earth and die so we can live together forever. Please humble me and keep me focused on what matters to you alone. Please help me to keep that spirit of gratitude as I face the ebbs and flows of life; help me to see the good in the bad and the happy in the sad. Renew my spirit. Bless me to encourage others in this journey of life. May everything I do glorify you Lord. In Jesus name, I pray, Amen.
