That feeling of being forgotten. Its terrible. It is not fun to feel that your existence don't matter. Where man may forget in vital areas, God never forgets even the smallest detail of your life. You are engraved on the palm of His hands. He promised you that, HE WILL NOT FORGET YOU! You matter much to Him.
"I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand." - Psalm 40:1-2
I bet you have waited patiently for an answer. Its hard to wait for a long time. But, when you look back at your past, can't you see? how the Lord has rescued you and placed you on a firm rock to stand? He heard your hurt and cries. At that time it must have not made much sense of why He didn't answer quickly but after all these years you see that it was good that He didn't answer quickly but in His perfect time all things came together to uphold you. right?
That's how the Lord works. It's not on our time and season. It's on His time and season. While you wait, praise Him, rejoice in Him! Pray for the walls of Jericho to crumble down. It will in due season. Your Prayers and Praise will activate Heaven to take that action on your present situations to rescue you from the trouble that you are going through.
So dear friend, don't lose hope. Don't let anxious thoughts to grown on you. Wait with a praise in your heart. Dig deep into the word of God. He knows what He is doing. His plans for you are very good. Trust Him. Lean onto Him. He's got your back!
To wait is not a curse but a blessing. Patience is a gift from God. When you patiently wait you gain access to His heart and ears. He will come to your rescue and the world will see how the Lord placed you in Higher standards. Your deliverance will be a testimony. Prepare your heart to begin to wait in good cheer knowing that God is taking care of you. It will shape your heart to draw closer to Him and in the end you will be rewarded in abundance.

Dear Lord,
Thank you for this waiting period that I have to endure. Its not easy but I am willing to do it with a grateful heart. I pray you pour your peace and strength in me as I wait for the deliverance. I am so glad that I can turn to you and cry in my desperate moments. Thank you for inclining your ear towards me and hearing me out and also rescuing my soul and shaping me up for your glory. I pray I submit to your perfect will and time. I am trusting you. In Jesus name, Amen.
