Tuesday Blessings!

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” - Hebrews 10:24-25

Spur one another to love and to do good deeds? How do we do that?

“Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.” - Roman 15:7 -

Welcome them who comes to you. Extend kindness, show Christ love, be genuine in your interactions with them, and have a listening heart.

I hear you… living a godly life is plenty hard! No one said following Christ is a smooth ride. But, He gave us His word to teach our minds wise counsel and also He gave us His Holy Spirit to live within to give us comfort, strength, discernment and joy.

We are all in need of a Savior. If God scooped you up and placed you on His rock Jesus Christ then it’s your turn to extend that same attitude of love towards those who are struggling. Choose to extend a word of encouragement instead of turning away.

“We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves.” - Romans 15:1

Who is in need of your mercy today?
