What a sweet, wonderful and comforting promise that God grants sleep to those he loves. He enjoys to give us rest and peaceful sleep.
Did you know sleep is mentioned 170 times in the Bible? It is true! So glad that God gives rest as a gift to us and He wants us to take that time to pause and rest. How wonderful.
Take time today to sit back and just quietly take time to be in God's presence and rest in Him. He will fill you with peace, joy and hope.
Don't be anxious about anything but trust God. God bless.
