Good Night Blessings - God's word can take away all your Doldrums! 💜

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His mercy endures forever." - Psalm 136:1

What is a Doldrum?

"Doldrum is a state or period of inactivity or stagnation!"

Have you felt stuck? Not going anywhere. Nothing to do. No clue about what everyone is going/doing about? Does everything seems so gray and gloomy? Nothing happens but same ol' story day in and out?

Yeah? you too? me too sweet friend! me too! I hear you. There are times when we fall into a season of inactivity, nothing produces. It's just stagnant! It's like having acer's of land but no fruit/vegetation shows up.

Sad, doldrum, gloomy days are bound to happen but God's word reminds us to give Him thanks because He is good and His love and mercy endures forever!

We know  that  Psalm 136 has 26 verses and every single verse ends with the same word, "His mercy endures forever." It is quiet redundant, but if God says something that many times I think He is trying to get a point across for us to notice!

WOW!

"His mercy endures forever!" (read that 3 times)

Do you know what this means for you?

GOD'S MERCY ENDURES FOREVER FOR YOU!

Did you read that?

YES! GOD is super good like that! Everything is going to be okay and we don't have to sulk and stay in our doldrum stages.

When we meditate more on God's word it helps lift all the glooms and depressions! We will be free in Christ.

He will fill us with His promises and Knowledge that we would not only survive and make it this day but will come out with great success.

He will fill us with His strength and we could do nothing but celebrate, give thanks, praise and rejoice in Him. In due season, all things will work out fine and perfect.

Walking close with Christ will give you an advantage in every aspect of your life. Tonight, rest in God's word and He will take away every Doldrums of your life! God bless.

Prayer:

Dear God,

Thank you for manifesting your love in my life. Thank you for your heavenly peace. Thank you for your kindness and care. Thank you for taking away all the Doldrums from my life. I will forever let your word guide and comfort me because you are my right hand and with you by my side I will never be shaken. In Jesus name, Amen.
