"You are my strength, I sing praise to you; you, God, are my fortress, my God on whom I can rely." - Psalm 59:17
This scripture portion wants us to know that God will never fail us. He is continuously with you. You can rely on Him to do what He said He would do each and every time. As you see His strength and power in your life, sing praises to Him. Give Him praise for protecting you and being your strong tower of protection.
Let's Pray the word now:
1) "You are my strength.." (Psalm 59:17)
Dear God, thank you for being my strength. I cannot do a moment without you. You have done great and mighty things in my life. You lifted me out of the miry clay and placed me on higher rocks. When I am weak you wrapped me with your strength and courage. I am so blessed that you are beside me. Thank you Jesus. I love you. In Jesus name, Amen.
2) "I sing praise to you;.." (Psalm 59:17)
Sweet Lord, with all the things going on with me, pulling me constantly this way and that way with business I am so out of tune to worship and praise you. My life has been so overly booked and busy that I hardly have time to sing you praises. Please change that and help me find a set time to worship you. I pray that you will bless me and help me to find the time and space to sing your praises. Let my voice echo your love everywhere I go. I pray your goodness over me. Bless my posture of my heart to always in tune to worship and sing you praises. Let the things of this world be small and open my eyes to your greatness. In Jesus name, Amen.
3) "You, God, are my fortress, my God on whom I can rely." (Psalm 59:17)
Lord my God I am so glad that I can always and forever rely on you. I am assured that you will always be my fortress there is no doubt about that. I am so glad the way you heal and protect my life. I am grateful that your thoughts towards me are higher and extraordinary. Thank you for loving me and for blessing me to lean onto you. Thank you for your space for me to relax and lay down all my burdens onto you. Thank you for carrying it for me and letting me to rest in your care. Thank you for your peace and guidance. In Jesus name, Amen.
