Sharing God's comfort is even more crucial when we see an unsaved person hurting, because such a person lacks that personal relationship with God. Without that relationship with Him, a person cannot and does not lean upon Him for help and strength. That is why it is so important for us to share with such individuals. Perhaps by seeing God's love with them by us, they may come to seek that love in a more personal way.
Sometimes a simple smile and a prayer is all the comfort that someone needs, and I think we all have at least that much to offer.
Everything I have is because of God's Grace and Favor!
Prayer:
Father,
I surrender my heart to you. I give you all my disappointments, pain, and sufferings which you alone can understand. Please give me the strength to move forward. If it is not your will let my plans slip through my grasp and give me the peace not worry about it. Here is my heart Lord, do as you please, you are more than enough. Help me Lord to grow stronger spiritually. Help me to speak more boldly for your kingdom. Help me to stand strong in my Faith, Help me Lord to be the person you desire me to be. Destroy all the works of the enemy against me. Destroy every spirit of depression and negative emotional attacks upon me. Destroy every lies of the evil so that I will not sit and pity party over it! Help me and guide me to listen to the word of God and walk boldly proclaiming your name. Thank you Lord for listening to me. Thank you for your grace and strength! I love you! In Jesus name, I pray, Amen.
